Hi everyone! It’s been quite a while since the last time I posted anything on the blog, however today I have the honor to introduce you to
Just after I came to CFNI I told you how I felt at home. However soon after that, I had to get used to not knowing anyone at school. I guess that’s one of the wonders of studying abroad, the chance of getting to know new people. It took a few weeks, but it didn’t take long for God to bless me with wonderful people.
So without any further due let me introduce to you some of my friends
Some of My Friends…
Amanda: Amanda is the most joyful person you will ever meet. She has such a loving heart! I’m telling you, you can feel God’s love through her. She has a beautiful smile, it doesn’t matter what she is going through she is always looking at the bright side.
Cristi: She might be small, but don’t let her fool you she will come out and get you. Talent, wits, and excentricity meet and make Cristi the best person to hang around. Having visited almost (not quite) every country in the world to serve God’s people, there is no doubt that she has such a huge heart. Ohhh and by the
Giovanna: Traveled all the way from New Jersey to visit Amanda and we all tagged along for the trip. Givonna is so funny, you would not be able to have a straight face while talking to her. She is not only funny, but she is so smart. You would not believe how much insight she brought to all of our lives when we talked about marriage.
Sharon: A fierce woman of God who’s amazing testimony will inspire many. Sharon is a warrior with a heart of gold. Anything you need help with she is there for you, no matter the circumstance this girl is willing to give it all at all times.
Brittany: I’m so thankful to God for giving me the chance of being your friend. You and your family are awesome! It is crazy to look back and meditate on how God arranged everything for us to meet. You truly are a God-given friend. You have a wonderful heart and it has been amazing to
Sheneen: Oh man! Such a renaissance woman. When I think about Sheneen one word comes to mind: Powerful. Her prayer and intercession are next
Priscila: The Bougiestt of them all! Priscila is charismatic, smart and full of life. She always wants to help everyone and always has a smile on her face. Priscila has a heart of gold. I think one of the things I admire the most about her is her determination.
Perla: Pastor Perla! Who said women couldn’t be in ministry? If you think women can’t be in ministry, let me introduce you to Perla, a woman after God’s own heart. If she is not preaching the word, she is studying it. Perla is so wise and it is truly an honor to see how God is and will use her.
Spanish Program Office
Hector: The best of the best! If you haven’t met Hector, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. It is such an honor to be under such great mentor. Clearing his schedule to meet with people, talking to them or giving words of encouragement are a few of the things that I admire about Hector. He has such hunger for God, it is palpable as he walks and talks to anyone in the office. Plus he is a fellow Honduran so He is overall amazing.
Ximena: The overall question for Ximena is: How do you do any of it? She is so pretty not only from the inside, but also in the outside, she’s a full-time RA, everyone’s best friend, great student, and best coworker ever. Not only is she the sweetest, but she has helped me on knowing how to do a lot of different stuff around the office.
